Help for recycling CDs

I need to get rid of a lot of CDs and their jewel cases and my city doesn’t take them in the regular recycling. I found help at this nifty website, http://earth911.com/
It offers tips on how to recycle, but even better, you can type in what you want to recycle and your zip code and it will give you a list of nearby places to take your stuff.
So I think I’ll get an early start on the spring cleaning. I have VHS tapes and other electronic bits and pieces, too.
I’ll keep you posted on my progress.

  1. Why not take them to Iko’s or York Emporium? They might be interested in some of the product.

  2. Joe Hostler says:

A plastic recycling company in Glen Rock,PA would take them. They take any type of plastic as long as it doesn’t contain much metal. They’re called Advance Polymer Control.
