It was June 11 when an editor forwarded me a news release she’d received from a company touting its newest school supply products.
“It’s almost Back to School season,” the email began.
We strongly disagreed.
But the news releases kept coming. And this Sunday, as I flipped through the newspaper, I saw multiple ads targeting back-to-school shoppers.
While I’m not ready to gear up for a new school year yet, I wonder when parents start getting ready.
