WeeUsables set to host its spring consignment event

More than 20,000 items have already been collected for WeeUsables’ spring sale.

The group’s Facebook page is touting more 1,000 toys, 700 books, 148 cloth diapers, 117 DVDs, 15 strollers, 10 breastpumps and 10 highchairs — and that’s with a week left for consignors to tag their items.

WeeUsables will host its annual spring consignment event April 11 and 12 at the York Expo Center.

A public pre-sale will be held 6 to 8 p.m. April 10. Admission will be $5 per adult.

The sale will be open to the public, free of charge, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. April 11. A public half-off sale will run 8 a.m. to noon April 12. And a $10 stuff-a-bag sale to benefit Leg Up Farm will run from 5 t o 6 p.m. that evening.
